Return Policy

  1. Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.
  2. If goods purchased are faulty please contact the Baby Zone Direct team to arrange replay paid return of item for repair or replacement if item is unable to be repaired. Email: sales@babyzonedirect.com.au or call Baby Zone Repairs Department on: 02 42 312 930
  3. If you receive item and it is not as described you may return item within 7 days of purchase using our reply paid address. Once item is received we will assess reason for return and credit if necessary.
  4. If we have sent you an incorrect item, contact us and we will give you our reply paid address - we will have to have the items returned before we can send out the correct items
  5. For Hygiene reasons we cannot return some items such as potties, toilet trainers, breast pumps etc.
