Baby Zone Direct are able to ship products Australia wide and have now been able to negotiate much better shipping rates with Australia Post. Australia Post also ship overseas so if you are wanting a shipping cost for an international location just email us the location and item and we will get back to you in a couple of days.

Baby Zone Direct ship products Australia wide every day. We are based on the East coast of Austraila, so obviously shipping to areas some distance from here can take up to a week. If you are wanting an exact time frame simply email us your location and the item you want shipped and we can work out a time frame for you. We are one of the largest stores in Australia and carry huge stock levels but from time to time popular products do run out and we are left waiting for stock that has been placed on back order. We do try hard to ensure you get you products as quickly as possible and if you are enquiring about the status of your order simply click on the order tracking login button and you should get an indication as to whether the item you ordered is in stock or has been sent.

Cots, Mattressess and Twin Three Wheel Prams are unfortunately unable to be shipped with Australia post.
We do however use Fastways Couriers to ship these items. If you are purchasing one of these items you will have to place that item on a complete separate order to enable the shipping costs to be calculated by the computer. Unfortunately the computer can not calculate two different shipping costs to the one order.

Nursery Furniture
All nursery furniture can not be shipped with either Australia post of Fastways Couriers.
If you require any nursery furniture we will have to contact a furniture removalist to get a quote on the cost of shipping for that item.
Any furniture ordered will NOT have the shipping automatically calculated so therefore we will contact you within a couple of days once we have obtained a quote from a removalist.
